Looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR )
The ideal candidate should possess experience in USA dispatch and have a solid understanding of load booking using Power DAT. Additionally, familiarity with reefer transportation, ELD systems, and trucking TMS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive all calls & answer accordingly
• Driver Support on Maintenance / Calls.
• Track Drivers & check with the Timings
• Track & trace the observations on drivers and their LOGS.
• Maintenance of schedule and planning
• Ensuring the on-time pickup and delivery of loads
• Booking Loads.
• Driver Planning & Dispatch

Requirements

Flexible to Work in any Shift

1 Year Experience and Knowledge of the Reefer Industry

Bachelors Degree
